As some of yas know today we had an interview for bbc on the bbc news channel for the 'showbiz' section! Life Saving and Celeb SpottinSo this weekend has been quite eventful. Ive started a new "water diet" ( not that i need to go on a diet but i DO need to drink more water) also ive started working out more again.  Trying to eat healthier and look after my self a bit better.
