Look…. I’m not gonna lie… I don’t enjoy running. We’ve got a massive garden, like 250 acres or summin… so we just run around that nearly every morning…. Big up to Nuffield Health gym for letting us bop down there and pump our gunnage!!! When recording in the studio is done, we like to abuse the facilities of the gym in Hertfordshire, HOLLLLLAAAAA! After lifting weights like the Schwarzenegger, we swiftly move to the swimming pool to float thru a couple of lengths. We then move to the steam room (good for your vocal chords isn’t it…)! Whats poppin?! It’s the end of the weekend now and another gig is over! London Pride on Saturday 4th July at Leicester Square: finished. It went really well…. The stage was a little more crowded than we first thought but that’s how it goes…. We smashed it up anyway! Allo people! Let me give you a little insider of what to expect when living with the VICE boys for a morning.... We all got up early (for once), and went for a 20 minute run around the "garden" – stopped to play with the horses on the way. We arrived back at the house and David, the CEO of R&R, and also the master on English breakfast (even though he's Scottish?), had laid out his famous spread. Thursday 28th of May, 2009 Leading up to this weekend, everything has been quite stressful trying to make everything as good as possible. We had lots of dance and vocal rehearsals, and in between these we were arranging our outfits for the show, as well as trying to get to the gym in any spare time so we could be as fit as possible for Showtime!
